With age, weight changes, and menopause, the labia majora (the outer lips) can lose volume, looking deflated or wrinkled, or leaving the inner lips more exposed than they used to be.
Everyone is different, and there’s no normal and no wrong. If the change bothers you, the Labia Puff restores volume. The trick is knowing whether volume is actually the problem.

The Labia Puff is labia majora augmentation: restoring fullness to the outer lips using either hyaluronic acid filler or your own fat. Both are combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to support tissue quality.
Not all deflated-looking labia are the same. Some have lost volume: the fat underneath has thinned, and adding it back restores a natural shape. Others have laxity: the skin has stretched and loosened.
If the issue is laxity and you only add filler, the skin stretches around it and you can end up looking like you’ve got water balloons in your pants. Nobody wants that.
That’s why the assessment comes first. If laxity is the main issue, we may recommend tightening the skin first with our subdermal laser, or a surgical labia majoraplasty, and then adding volume if it’s still needed.

Hyaluronic acid filler + PRP
Your own fat + nanofat + PRP
Our patent-pending delivery system was designed to distribute filler or fat more evenly, reduce the lumps and bumps that can follow these procedures, and make the procedure itself more efficient.
Using hyaluronic acid filler in the labia majora is an off-label use of an FDA-approved product, and we’ll explain what that means.
Either option may need a touch-up. Filler will most likely need a touch-up every one to two years. With fat, some of the volume fades over the first months, and the fat that survives can last for years.
Results vary. Your plan and expectations will be based on your own evaluation.

The Labia Puff pairs well with laser tightening when laxity is part of the picture, with labiaplasty, and with the O-Shot®.
We’re a cash-pay clinic. Cost depends on whether you choose filler or fat transfer, and how much volume is needed. You’ll get a clear quote at your consultation.
Labia majora augmentation looks simple and isn’t. Deciding whether the skin needs tightening first, and how much volume is the right amount, takes training in genital anatomy and an honest eye. Dr. Jake Shank has trained with leaders in genital aesthetics and focuses on natural, proportional results.
Yes. “Labia Puff” is the friendlier name.
Neither, universally. Filler is quicker and adjustable, and fat can last much longer but is less predictable. After we walk through the pros and cons, it’s your call.
Then filler alone isn’t the answer. Tightening comes first, with our subdermal laser or a surgical majoraplasty.
We use numbing, and most women find it very tolerable.
Yes. It pairs well with laser tightening, labiaplasty, and the O-Shot®.
