Non-Surgical Labiaplasty in Phoenix, AZ

Not ready for surgery? Not sure you need it? Non-surgical labiaplasty is a minor treatment for women looking to avoid surgery. Our subdermal laser tightens labial tissue from the inside, with no cutting and no stitches.

Everyone is different, and there’s no normal and no wrong. If something bothers you, this is a way to try a surgery-free option first. Surgery is still on the table later.

How Non-Surgical Labiaplasty Works

A very thin laser fiber is placed just under the skin through a tiny entry point. It gently heats the tissue from within, which causes collagen to contract and tighten, and stimulates new collagen over the following months. We add PRP to encourage healing and new cell growth.

Unlike surgical labiaplasty, nothing is removed. It works by tightening and firming what’s there.

CO2 Laser Resurfacing for Labial Skin

For crepey texture or uneven skin quality, a fractional CO2 laser treats the skin surface itself, prompting renewal and smoother texture. It can be used on its own or alongside subdermal tightening.

Pairing With Other Treatments

When laxity is part of the picture, tightening first often gives a better Labia Puff result. It also pairs well with the O-Shot® and vaginal laser therapy.

Is It Right for You?

Non-surgical labiaplasty works best for mild to moderate laxity or excess. If you have significant excess tissue, surgery will give you a better result, and we’ll tell you that up front.

Some women want to try the non-surgical route first, and that’s a reasonable plan. If you need more later, surgical labiaplasty is still an option.

Using these lasers on the labia is an off-label use of FDA-cleared devices. We’ll explain what that means, along with the evidence, the risks, and the benefits.

What the Treatment Is Like

The area is numbed with local anesthetic. The subdermal treatment uses a tiny entry point and needs no stitches. Most women describe warmth and pressure. CO2 resurfacing feels like warmth and light snapping.

You’ll go home the same day, and most women return to normal activities quickly.

After Your Treatment

Mild swelling, warmth, and tenderness for a few days are common.

You’ll take a short break from sex, exercise, and tight clothing. We’ll give you exact instructions.

Possible side effects include swelling, bruising, temporary discomfort, and, rarely, burns, infection, or changes in skin color. Skin color changes are a particular consideration with CO2 resurfacing on darker skin, which we account for in planning.

Call us if you have pain that’s getting worse instead of better, fever, blistering, or redness that keeps spreading.

When Will I See Results?

It’s a single treatment. Some tightening is noticeable early, and improvement continues for up to six months as new collagen forms.

Results vary. Your plan and expectations will be based on your own evaluation.

What the Evidence Says

Laser tightening of labial tissue is promising and understudied: the biology of laser-induced collagen tightening is well established in skin, but labial-specific research is still early. We’ll be straight with you about what results to realistically expect, and whether surgery would serve you better.
