PRP uses your own blood to deliver concentrated growth factors into the penis, with the goal of supporting tissue repair and blood flow.
It’s one of the most talked-about ED treatments right now. Here’s what it is, what it isn’t, and how we use it.

We draw a small amount of your blood and spin it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets. Platelets carry growth factors that signal tissue to repair itself and grow new blood vessels. That platelet-rich plasma is then injected into the erectile tissue.
We use EmCyte, a medical-grade PRP system. It’s made from your own blood, with just a small amount of anticoagulant used during processing.
PRP is a regenerative treatment aimed at the health of the erectile tissue. It isn’t a filler, and it isn’t a size treatment, whatever the internet says. It also works best as part of a plan, not as a one-shot fix.

Numbing goes on first, and we draw your blood and prepare the PRP while it takes effect. The injections take just a few minutes, using a very fine needle. Most men feel pressure more than pain.
Plan on about an hour, most of it waiting for the numbing. In our program, PRP is done in three rounds, spaced several weeks apart.
PRP works by supporting tissue repair, so results build gradually over the weeks to months after treatment, alongside the other parts of your plan.
Results vary. Your plan and expectations will be based on your own evaluation.

PRP has a solid track record in other areas of medicine, like orthopedics and wound healing. For ED, it’s promising and understudied: early research and plenty of real-world experience, but not yet the large trials we’d like to see. We’ll be straight with you about realistic expectations.
PRP is part of our ED Complete Program: $15,000 for six months, including three rounds of PRP, shockwave, Botox, testing, medication, and outcome tracking.
We rarely recommend PRP on its own for ED, because it works best as part of a complete plan. If you’re set on PRP alone, we’ll have an honest conversation about realistic expectations first.
Medical-grade PRP, a real diagnosis before treatment, and honest answers about what PRP can and can’t do. We use it as one part of a plan built around your results, not as a standalone promise.
The P-Shot® is a trademarked brand of PRP for ED. We don’t use the brand name, but we do offer PRP injections for ED as part of our complete program.
No. PRP isn’t a size treatment, and there’s no good evidence that it increases size. Be skeptical of anyone who promises that.
With numbing, most men feel pressure more than pain.

Yes, and that’s how we use it: alongside shockwave, Botox, and medication.
