Your knees, hips, shoulders, and elbows have carried you a long way. When they start complaining, there’s a lot of room between “just live with it” and surgery.
Orthobiologics use your own blood or fat to support healing in worn joints and irritated tendons. Every injection is ultrasound-guided, so it goes exactly where it’s needed.

Orthobiologics are treatments made from your own body. We use three:
Nothing is grown in a lab, and nothing comes from a donor. Everything is processed and injected in a single visit.
These treatments tend to work best for mild to moderate problems. For advanced, bone-on-bone arthritis, joint replacement may be the better answer, and we’ll tell you so.

We look at how you move, where it hurts, and what you’re trying to get back to.
We use in-office ultrasound to look at your joints and tendons, and review any X-rays or MRIs you have.
Then we tell you which treatment fits, what results to realistically expect, and when a surgeon would serve you better.
We draw your blood, prepare the PRP, and inject it under ultrasound guidance. About an hour, start to finish. PRP often works best as a series of injections spaced a few weeks apart.
Under local anesthesia, we take a small amount of fat (usually from the belly or flank) through a tiny opening, process it, and inject it into the joint in the same visit. Plan on a few hours.
Expect soreness for a few days. We’ll ask you to skip anti-inflammatory medications for a while, since they can blunt the healing response.
Most people return to daily life right away and build back up over a few weeks, following a plan we give you.
These treatments work by supporting healing, not numbing pain, so improvement builds gradually over weeks to a few months. In knee arthritis studies, PRP’s benefits often last six to twelve months or longer.
Results vary. Your plan will be based on your own evaluation.

PRP has the strongest evidence, especially for mild to moderate knee arthritis and tennis elbow, where studies show better pain relief than placebo and often longer-lasting relief than cortisone. MFat and nanofat are promising and understudied, with smaller studies so far.
None of these treatments regrows cartilage or reverses arthritis. The goal is less pain and better function, and we’ll be straight with you about whether that’s realistic for your joint.
We’re a cash-pay clinic, so there are no surprise insurance bills.
Long Game members save 10% on procedures, and All In members save 20%. All In also includes shockwave or HILT sessions for aches and pains. See memberships.
Every injection is ultrasound-guided, so it lands exactly where it should, not where it might. You also get a physician who will tell you honestly when an injection isn’t the right answer, and a full toolkit (PRP, fat, shockwave, and laser) to match the treatment to the problem.
No. MFat and nanofat are your own fat tissue, processed and injected in the same visit. We don’t grow, culture, or expand cells, and we don’t market these as stem cell treatments.
No treatment has been shown to reliably regrow cartilage. The goal is less pain and better function.
Cortisone calms inflammation quickly but wears off, and repeated shots can weaken tissue. PRP and fat-based treatments aim to support healing, with results that build more slowly and often last longer.
Usually not. We’re a cash-pay clinic, and prices are listed above.
PRP often takes a series of two or three injections, spaced a few weeks apart. MFat is usually a single treatment. We’ll recommend a plan based on your joint and how you respond.
