For $199, The Tune-Up gets you a physician who actually examines you, labs on a schedule, body composition testing, quarterly check-ins, and an annual exam, all in person. If something doesn’t add up, we notice.

The fine print
Signs it’s time for more than a one-off visit.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You can move up anytime, and move down after your 12-month commitment.
Are medications included?
No. We prescribe them and help you get the best price, but medication costs are separate, the same as with online programs.
Is there a discount for couples?
Yes. When two partners join, the second membership (whichever costs less) is 20% off, or 10% off when both partners join All In. Tiers can be mixed, and initiation fees aren’t discounted. In All In, each partner takes one of the 25 spots.
Is there a discount for paying up front?
Yes. Pay for the year up front and save 10%. It stacks with the partner discount and founding rates, applied to the already-discounted price rather than added together. For example, a founding All In member at $1,299/month pays $14,029 for the year up front.
Is this insurance?
No. Memberships are cash-pay and don’t replace health insurance. Many members keep insurance for hospital care and specialists.
What does 24/7 access actually mean?
All In members can reach Dr. Shank by phone or text any time for urgent concerns, with a response within 15 minutes. If he’s with a patient, a member of our care team responds and loops him in. For a true emergency, call 911 first.
